How many times has this happened to you?
Your new driver(s) pick up your truck in good condition
with no damages, no missing parts and everything in
working order. Six months later you get the truck back
in the following condition;

EXTERIOR

The front bumper is bent in only an inch but now it does
not line up with the body anymore.

Under the hood, the insulation on 1 side is missing.

The passenger side mirror had the paint scraped off
and the bracket is bent.

The box has a crease all the way down 1 side from front
to back.

The box doors have bent hinges and now there is an air
leak when the refer is running.

The platform and side steps on the back of the truck are
bent in.

The center caps and half of the lug-nut covers are
missing from both front wheels.

INSIDE THE BOX

1 load bar is missing and 2 are bent and won’t lock into
the e-track on 1 side.

6 pads are missing and 1 is torn and grease covered.

The straps are thrown all over the floor and 1 is missing
and 2 were tied together and can’t be untied.

The pallet jack is held to the wall with a bungee cord
and moves when turning so there is now a hole in the
side wall.

The broom you provided is missing.

INSIDE THE CAB AND SLEEPER

Both seats have burn holes in them.

The drivers have bolted a CB speaker to the dash with
screws.

2 dash switches are broke.

1 arm rest on the driver’s seat is bent and won’t adjust.

The carpet is filthy with ground in mud and scraps of
food everywhere.

The floor mats are missing.

The front of the refrigerator is scratched, the door pin is
missing and the shelves inside are bent. The freezer
door is broke and there is mold everywhere.

The latch on 1 of the cabinet doors is broke and it was
replaced with a hook and screws from the hardware
store.

The wall behind the bunk is cut.

The window shades have had there snaps torn out,
except the top ones.

The cover on the ceiling light is missing.

There are screw holes in the cab and sleeper walls.

There is pop spilled in the compartment under the bed
and it has dried into a sticky mess.

There are 10 pop bottles of urine under the bed and
some of them have leaked.

MISCELLANEOUS

The permit renewals you sent to the drivers are missing
and the permit book is a mess.

There are BOL’s, trip paks and log books missing and
the file box is missing most of the paperwork.

The truck and equipment manuals are torn and pages
are missing, they are not in the pouch you provided.

You can’t find the haz-mat books or some of the
Canadian paperwork.

1 of the tool boxes is missing the lock handle.

THE TRUCK

The generator is not working properly so the truck is
being run while at the truck stops.

The PM / oil change is 5000 miles overdue.

The steer tires are cupping and have uneven tread wear.

The battery posts are corroded.

their location or at a weekend layover location.

Complete written inspection report on the exterior, cab
and sleeper interior, box interior and exterior,
equipment and tools, refer, gen-set and lift-gate.
Digital photo documentation or virtual inspection on a
DVD disc.

Complete inventory of equipment.

Permit book verification.

Manuals and paperwork verification including
maintenance records.

Engine oil analysis (additional cost) (proper level
verified).

Refer and generator oil analysis (additional cost)
(proper levels verified).

How our service works and rates
We suggest you have your truck inspected every 6
months opposite your DOT inspection. We ask that you
give us 10 days of lead time. You can also have a 1 time
inspection 30 to 90 days after a new driver(s) takes out
your truck to see how they are taking care of it.
